Our Mission and Value

Biopharmaceuticals have been used in the prevention and treatment of diseases, and there are over 300 approved biopharmaceuticals on the global market, with many in clinical development yet to come. The market is still able to expand at a certain scale due to potential biopharmaceutical capacity. Biopharmaceutical innovation has had a profound economic impact around the whole world, so does healthcare system.

Clearly, the most active investor groups in the equipment, diagnostic tools, clinical trails are becoming diversified, including industrial investors, angel funds, incubators, accelerators and private equity. They are trying to fill the void left by traditional ventures in health care. Focusing on the needs of healthcare companies, Alpha Bioventure is dedicated to promoting the discovery of innovative medicines that can be applied to clinical trails, such as anti-cancer drugs.

What We Do

Investment Fund - We partner with US and China VCs in investing innovative life science ventures and help entrepreneurs in product development, regulatory strategies and SBIR funding applications.

Investment Banking/Financial Advisor - We help innovative projects to find right funding partners, and help carry out business plans & strategies.

Road Show/BP Competition Series - We collaborate with SAPA, local universities, biotech parks and biotech centers, and we recruit projects in PA, NJ, NY through road show events.

Angel Club - We manage an angel investor network and build up the angel database, to help angels find the right project to invest with VC partners.

Sino-US Project Development Strategy

Fund Operation Mode - Establishing funds in the USA and China at the same time.

• Establish an angel fund in eastern United States, mainly focusing on some of the early pharmaceutical projects in North America and their first-round incubation.
• Screen out some quality projects into China for further promotion: Introduce potential resources and core technologies into China for simultaneous incubation and domestic market industrialization.
• Funds at home and abroad are managed together by the management team, and we have set up the US and Chinese management team, as well as the office.
